What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
For almost all of the products that we sell we offer free delivery, this means that the price that you see on the product is what you are going to be paying excluding tax
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We will take all forms of payment. All the major credit cards as well as systems such as PayPal. We don't take cheques or do cash on delivery.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to get you order to you in 2-3 working days. Some of the products will take longer but these products will have this information on the product description.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data is securely protected by our secure encrypted server and the payment gateway that we use.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you have ordered you should receive an email that will confirm the order as well as giving you an order number to help you track the order should there be any problems. Once your money has been cleared for the order then we will start the process of getting the order ready and dispatching it to you.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an email that has an order number for the order, there is no invoice that is generated with the order
